Sales Assistant – Retail (Full‑time/Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join the KIABI store in Smart Park, Athens. You will work directly with customers, support daily store operations and help achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, providing a highly personalised sales approach.
• Meet set sales targets and promote KIABI product ranges.
• Stock, replenish, clean sales areas and maintain attractive displays.
• Process various types of payments and handle cash register balancing.
• Offer product guidance based on customer needs and specialist knowledge.
• Package goods professionally and manage customer complaints efficiently.
• Monitor inventory, tag prices accurately and report discrepancies.
• Check inventory periodically to obtain reorder information and inform designated staff of stock requirements.
• Maintain price accuracy by stamping or attaching price tags and verifying against price lists.
• Ensure the shop is tidy, clean and visually appealing at all times.

Required profile

• Fluent communication in Greek and English.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Patient, well‑controlled demeanor when dealing with clients.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a flexible approach to shift work.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
