Sales Advisor – Luxury Fashion

About the role

The Sales Advisor will represent BOGGI Milano in Athens, building strong client relationships and turning the brand’s vision into daily sales results. You will work in a high‑end fashion environment, delivering a consultative and storytelling‑driven experience to each customer.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the Store Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a trusting team atmosphere.
• Maintain a positive, constructive attitude under pressure and pursue continuous improvement.
• Welcome and engage clients, using active listening to provide a consultative sales approach aligned with BOGGI Milano’s positioning.
• Analyze key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to boost store performance.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences through storytelling, deep product knowledge, and tailored sales techniques.
• Effectively manage time and daily priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of sales experience in premium fashion or menswear.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
