Retail Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Retail Supervisor to lead our Hard Rock store team. You will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales while maintaining the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate restaurant, regional, and corporate procedures to staff.
• Train and empower employees on service, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and coach performance, compliance, and workload.
• Create and adjust weekly work schedules based on volume and trends.
• Open and close the retail store, completing all checklists.
• Balance staffing levels and labor costs to meet budget goals.
• Perform routine equipment checks, minor repairs, and maintenance coordination.
• Maintain product inventory, storage standards, and visual merchandising displays.
• Participate in local events and develop promotional ideas to increase foot traffic and sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising retail or hospitality teams.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to schedule, train, and motivate staff.
