Restaurant Team Leader – Luxury Resort (Season 2027)

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at MarBella in Corfu for Season 2027 as a Restaurant Team Leader. You will work closely with the Assistant Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver memorable dining experiences, and uphold the high service standards of the Mar‑Bella Collection.

Key responsibilities

• Review shift plans, reservations, service priorities and special guest requirements with the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Guide, coach and motivate the restaurant team to deliver attentive and consistent service.
• Monitor service flow throughout the shift and intervene when needed to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and guest care during the entire dining experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, feedback and complaints.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and other F&B teams for seamless service.
• Support onboarding, training and development of new team members.
• Foster a collaborative team environment based on clear communication and mutual respect.
• Participate in F&B briefings and meetings, sharing operational feedback and improvement ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role, preferably in a four‑ or five‑star hotel, luxury resort or premium restaurant.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
