Restaurant Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Team Leader to support the Assistant Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional dining experiences at our luxury resort in Corfu for Season 2027. This hands‑on leadership position blends people management, guest service, and daily restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review shift plans, reservations and special guest requirements with the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Guide, coach and motivate the Food & Beverage team to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Monitor service flow throughout the shift and intervene as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and guest care.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, feedback and complaints.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and other F&B teams for seamless service.
• Support onboarding, training and development of new team members.
• Foster a collaborative team environment based on clear communication and mutual respect.
• Participate in F&B briefings and meetings, providing operational feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role, preferably in a four‑ or five‑star hotel, luxury resort or premium restaurant.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
