Ready Mix Production & Technical Supervisor

About the role

INTERBETON, part of TITAN Greece, is looking for a Ready‑Mix Production & Technical Supervisor to lead the daily operations of its ready‑mix concrete unit in Ioannina. Reporting to the Ready‑Mix Operations Manager, the role focuses on safety, production efficiency, maintenance, and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily concrete production, scheduling and planning while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Supervise concrete operations at customer sites, maintaining high quality and efficient processes.
• Conduct field inspections, troubleshoot equipment, and implement preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and ensure all personnel follow safety and environmental policies.
• Develop, train and motivate team members to achieve high efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance, quality, and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Experience in a similar role within manufacturing or industrial settings; ready‑mix concrete experience is highly desirable.
• Strong planning, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills.
• Safety‑conscious, team‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s licence and fulfilled military obligations where applicable.
