Quality Lead

About the role

Lead and mentor the Quality team to achieve quality objectives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes and procedures.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production lifecycle.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Review quality metrics, prepare reports and present findings to management.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits and support external inspections.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, operations and customer service to resolve quality issues.
• Manage customer complaints, non‑conformance reports and change control activities.
• Oversee investigations of deviations, OOS results and approve related documentation.
• Perform equipment qualification, process validation and cleaning validation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
