Quality Control Supervisor

About the role

Sika Hellas is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to join its R&D and QC team at the Kryoneri site. The role ensures that raw materials, in‑process batches and finished products consistently meet the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and support laboratory technicians performing daily quality control tests.
• Plan and organise daily laboratory activities to guarantee timely QC of raw materials, in‑process materials and finished products.
• Perform and oversee testing using analytical equipment such as titrators, FTIR, UV spectrometers and solids analyzers.
• Review laboratory results, collaborate with Production to investigate deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain accurate documentation, test reports and electronic quality control databases.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, FPC and other applicable quality standards and certification requirements.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance and qualification of laboratory equipment.
• Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and keep the laboratory clean, organized and safe.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with titrators, FTIR, UV spectrometers and solids analyzers.
• Knowledge of ISO and FPC quality standards.
• Ability to manage CAPA processes.
• Proficiency in maintaining electronic quality control databases.
• Skills in calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
