Purchasing Manager – Social Brand Building

About the role

As a Purchasing Manager for Social Brand Building at P&G, you will shape sourcing strategies that support high‑impact social media campaigns. You will work closely with brand, finance, legal and operations teams to ensure compliant, cost‑effective partnerships with agencies and creators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing and contract governance for social marketing and agency partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage statements of work, purchase orders and campaign execution.
• Define data‑driven sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations and select suppliers based on market analysis and cost modelling.
• Own the full contract lifecycle, from drafting to execution and compliance.
• Develop scalable sourcing solutions, build cross‑functional partnerships and identify efficiency opportunities in the creator economy.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering (Marketing background a plus).
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
• Completed or exempted from military service where applicable.
