Project Manager

About the role

Etraveli Group is seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management Organization within the Customer Services department. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Project Management, you will lead large‑scale or multiple medium‑size projects that require cross‑functional collaboration across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and gather requirements with stakeholder sign‑off.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analysis for each phase and prioritize implementation.
• Work with Product teams to estimate resources, timelines and create detailed project plans.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor and supervise project team members while driving continuous improvement of PMO processes.

Required profile

• BSc in IT, Engineering, Economics, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct project‑management experience.
• Experience in the travel industry, especially airfare and air‑rules, is an asset.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools and strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on scope, budget and schedule; PMP certification is a plus.
