Project Manager

About the role

HELLENIC CABLES S.A. is looking for a Project Manager to join its fast‑growing Project Management Office in Marousi. You will have full authority and accountability for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
• Deliver projects on‑time, within scope and budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Secure resource availability and allocate them efficiently.
• Create detailed project plans and track progress.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure performance with suitable tools and report/escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third‑party vendors.
• Produce and keep comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Relevant project management experience.
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise workload.
• Analytical ability to evaluate problems and drive cost‑effective solutions.
• Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
• Good mathematical ability and results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
