About the role

Do you love bringing ideas to life, keeping every detail on track and creating experiences people remember? Vista Events DMC is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Greece.

Key responsibilities

Corporate events, incentives, meetings & conferences
International clients and agencies
Creative concepts and tailor‑made experiences
Projects across some of Greece’s most inspiring destinations

Required profile

Proven experience in project management, ideally in DMC or events (minimum 2 years)
Highly organized, proactive and great at multitasking
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Fluent English; knowledge of French, German or Italian is an advantage
Team‑oriented, takes ownership and enjoys making things happen
