Production Process Specialist

About the role

Pharmathen is looking for a Production Process Specialist to join its manufacturing site in Sapes, Greece. The role focuses on strengthening GMP compliance, data integrity, and safety culture within the production department while supporting process optimization and validation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote GMP compliance, data integrity, and safety culture in the production area.
• Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs, process TDRs, and other quality system documents.
• Participate in up‑scaling, trial, and validation of launch batches in collaboration with the MS&T department.
• Oversee and evaluate production processes for continuous optimization.
• Manage EQMS records related to change control, deviations, CAPA, OOS, and training.
• Contribute to Operational Excellence projects aimed at process improvement.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Technical writing ability for quality documentation.
• Experience handling an Electronic Quality Management System (EQMS).
