About the role
DEMO SA is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing lines. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement in a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements while achieving production targets.
- Allocate resources across production lines, optimize equipment capacity, and drive process improvements.
- Monitor weekly and monthly production KPIs, analyse data, and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, QP, Technical Division, HR, Supply Chain, and R&D.
- Lead shift supervisors, oversee health and safety practices, and approve maintenance schedules.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy; MBA or Master’s degree is desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
- Strong people‑management abilities and a data‑driven decision‑making approach.

- MS Office
- SAP (experience highly appreciated)
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge
