Product Manager - Natural Cosmetics

About the role

APIVITA, a Greek natural cosmetics company founded in 1979 and part of the PUIG Group since 2017, is looking for a Product Manager in Markopoulo. The role covers the planning, execution and performance of marketing activities for assigned product categories, keeping them aligned with commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run category marketing, media and promotional strategies aligned with brand objectives, driving sales growth, profitability and category performance.
• Analyse market trends, competition and consumer insights to spot business opportunities.
• Manage category budgets, marketing investments and related commercial activities.
• Ensure proper management of products and promotional materials (POP).
• Work with Sales, Trade Marketing, pharmacy chains and external partners to reach commercial targets.
• Coordinate local activations, events and digital initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
• Monitor business performance, give recommendations to improve results and ensure compliance with company policies, including Health, Safety and Environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; a Master's degree is an asset.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Product Management, preferably in FMCG or the pharmacy channel.
• Experience managing budgets and forecasting.
• Very good command of English; another foreign language is an asset.
