Polish‑Speaking Digital Sales Representative – Athens

About the role

We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Digital Sales Representative to join a leading global digital advertising company in Athens. The role focuses on building relationships with business clients and agency partners, delivering consultative sales, and driving revenue growth through optimized campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with business clients and agency partners.
• Provide consultative, needs‑based sales support and recommend appropriate advertising solutions.
• Analyse advertising performance and existing digital/social media strategies to identify growth opportunities.
• Advise clients on solutions that improve campaign performance, business results and ROAS.
• Drive advertiser success and revenue growth through campaign optimisation and additional solutions.
• Achieve individual sales, revenue and performance targets.
• Use CRM systems, sales tools, dashboards and other platforms to manage customer engagement and pipeline activity.
• Leverage data and insights to influence customer decisions and encourage solution adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B, account management, business development or digital advertising.
• Native or near‑native Polish and fluent English.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into relevant business solutions.
• Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, online advertising, audience targeting and optimisation.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, dashboards and performance‑tracking tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
