Operations AI Engineer – AI Solutions for Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for an Operations AI Engineer to join PwC’s Strategic Analytics & Operations practice in Athens. You will design and deploy AI‑driven solutions that optimise supply‑chain, logistics and broader operational networks for leading Greek organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI and machine‑learning models for supply‑chain, logistics and operations optimisation.
• Build and deploy predictive analytics and automated solutions across large‑scale operational networks.
• Create AI‑based decision‑support tools that monitor, reason and recommend actions autonomously.
• Use vibe‑coding and AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude to accelerate prototyping.
• Develop multi‑agent systems that handle end‑to‑end workflows with minimal human intervention.
• Translate complex operational challenges into scalable AI‑powered solutions.
• Collaborate with consultants, data engineers and client stakeholders.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior client leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or Mathematics.
• 1‑3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and machine‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen or CrewAI.
• Hands‑on experience with vibe‑coding and AI‑assisted tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf).
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering and AI orchestration is a plus.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
