Operating Supplies & Equipment Buyer

About the role

The Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) Buyer will support the Sani/Ikos Group’s expanding resort portfolio by sourcing and purchasing the goods and services that keep daily operations running smoothly. Based in Thessaloniki, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the best value and quality for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify and engage new suppliers and products that meet business needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and rebates to achieve optimal value.
• Manage ordering processes for products and services in line with managerial requests.
• Monitor market trends and maintain regular contact with suppliers through visits and ongoing engagement.
• Create and update product records in the ERP system with accurate information.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice queries and support timely payments.
• Support OPEX budget management and ensure procurement activities align with business objectives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear, timely updates on sourcing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement of OS&E items and services.
• Proven understanding of procurement processes, supplier management and negotiation techniques.
• Experience overseeing operational expenditure budgets.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Procurement ERP systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
