Onsite IT Support – Athens

About the role

Join Cegeka Digital Employee Experience (DEX) as an Onsite IT Support professional in our Athens office. You will be the first point of contact for employees facing technical issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient IT experience across the workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site, walk‑in desk and telephone support for a wide range of IT incidents.
• Set up, configure and hand out workstations and IT equipment for new hires.
• Perform break/fix activities, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and support Service Hubs.
• Create, resolve and, when necessary, escalate tickets using the company ticketing system.
• Prioritise tasks to deliver clear, practical solutions and maintain high user satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the service desk, IT management and specialist teams.

Required profile

• A degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in a service desk or onsite support role.
• Strong communication skills, professional attitude and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing systems (creation, resolution, escalation).
• Workstation setup and configuration.
• Hardware troubleshooting.
• Software troubleshooting.
