Night Auditor

About the role

As a Night Auditor at F ZEEN ATHENS you will be the primary point of contact for guests during the overnight hours, handling check‑ins, inquiries and any urgent requests while ensuring the day’s financial records are accurately closed.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, process arrivals and departures using PMS, WebHotelier and other booking channels.
• Compute guest billings, post charges to rooms and house accounts, and close accounts at checkout.
• Reconcile all cash, credit and account transactions, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies.
• Prepare and file incident, daily activity and other management reports.
• Schedule wake‑up calls and next‑day reservations, process invoices and balance the cash drawer.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor, Front Office Receptionist or similar role, preferably in a 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, proactive and able to work independently during night shifts.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Front Desk systems (PMS, WebHotelier, Booking Channels).
• Computer literacy with Outlook, Excel and Word.
