Nature Educator – Primary School Leader

About the role

The Nature Educator will lead the primary academic programme, designing and delivering high‑quality learning experiences that support students’ academic, social, emotional and personal development in a safe, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the primary curriculum, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission, vision and values.
• Promote innovative, student‑centred teaching practices and analyse results to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate, mentor and evaluate the primary teaching team; identify professional development needs and lead pedagogical meetings.
• Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional progress, implementing support strategies and behaviour‑management plans.
• Maintain effective communication with families, participate in parent meetings and address concerns promptly.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and school activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licence as required by local regulations.
• Minimum of X years of primary teaching experience; experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and instructional abilities, with sound knowledge of child development.
