Medical Assistant / Nurse – Full‑time Clinical Support

About the role

Dr. Athens Medical Center is seeking a full‑time Medical Assistant/Nurse to support both clinical and administrative functions in its plastic and reconstructive surgery practice. The role involves direct patient care before, during, and after procedures, as well as ensuring smooth daily operations of the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and patients for medical procedures and minor surgeries.
• Assist the physician during examinations, treatments, and invasive procedures.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑operative patient care and monitoring.
• Manage, sterilize, and organize medical equipment and consumables.
• Maintain and update medical records and related documentation.
• Handle appointment scheduling and communicate with patients via phone and email.
• Coordinate pre‑operative and post‑operative instructions and follow‑up.
• Perform general clerical and administrative support for the clinic.

Required profile

• Degree in Nursing or a related health‑care field.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Comfortable using computers and digital applications.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Professional and discreet communication with patients.
• Ability to combine clinical duties with administrative tasks.
