Marketing Lead - Energy Markets

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to drive B2B marketing initiatives for the energy markets division of VaasaETT. Based in Thessaloniki, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across digital and event channels, supporting a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and execute B2B marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal analysts for content creation.
• Plan, organise and manage events, sponsorships and webinars to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with marketing agencies, event organisers and industry associations.
• Own the company’s website and LinkedIn presence, schedule posts and drive platform upgrades.
• Report campaign, event and KPI performance to management through concise reports or slide decks.
• Conduct internal marketing training for analysts and standardise deliverable formats.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with proven experience in B2B marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small marketing team and manage multiple projects.
• Experience working with international clients in the energy sector.
