Manufacturing Technician II – Production Support

About the role

Join Stryker’s manufacturing team in Greece and support production through hands‑on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You will work in a regulated environment to ensure reliable and efficient manufacturing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and adjust manufacturing equipment to meet performance targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on process improvements.
• Execute equipment and tooling validation activities according to procedures.
• Record manufacturing data and maintain accurate build records and technical documentation.
• Train assemblers on equipment operation and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and coordinate corrective maintenance.
• Support the implementation of new processes and update standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; technical certification or degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering support.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical‑device industry.
• General knowledge of cleanroom procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Valid passport and visa.
