Manager, Cyber & Digital Compliance

About the role

Pfizer’s Global Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is looking for an experienced Manager, Cyber & Digital Compliance to lead governance, risk and compliance activities across digital processes and systems in a regulated environment. The role provides hands‑on leadership to assess technology processes, strengthen quality controls, manage compliance activities and drive remediation of gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of compliance activities across digital systems, processes and documentation, ensuring alignment with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Assess digital processes and controls against internal standards, policies and applicable regulations, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Own development, maintenance and governance of SDLC documentation, including SOPs, workflows, process narratives, quality records and evidence repositories.
• Coordinate audit and inspection readiness, collect evidence, facilitate walkthroughs and ensure timely resolution of follow‑up actions.
• Identify, assess, track and remediate quality issues, control gaps, risks and deviations, managing escalation and closure.
• Review system changes, enhancements, releases and technology initiatives for compliance with GRC requirements.
• Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends and emerging risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with technology, quality, compliance, cybersecurity and business teams to ensure consistent execution of compliance requirements.
• Develop and continuously improve digital compliance procedures, methodologies, templates, controls and supporting tools.
• Produce status reporting, metrics, dashboards and insights on quality performance, risks and remediation progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing cyber and digital compliance in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional technology, quality, compliance, cybersecurity and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading audit readiness and remediation activities.
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor metrics, identify trends and recommend actions.
