Maintenance Manager – Production Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Manager to lead the technical maintenance and operations teams in a fast‑paced FMCG production environment. The role ensures equipment reliability, safety and efficiency, supporting uninterrupted plant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage technical maintenance and operations teams to ensure smooth equipment performance.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting production equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in engineering projects for machinery upgrades and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP).
• Train and guide technical staff to promote skills development and adherence to procedures.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to support uninterrupted plant operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical supervision or maintenance within a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
• Good understanding of automation and mechanical systems.
• Proven leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent command of SAP-PM.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
