Loss Prevention Coordinator (Athens)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Loss Prevention Coordinator to safeguard LPP’s inventory, assets, and people across our stores in Athens. The role combines risk assessment, audit execution, and incident investigation to minimise theft, fraud and operational losses.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the Loss Prevention strategy for the assigned region.
• Visit stores regularly to conduct risk assessments, audits and monitor compliance with procedures.
• Identify and address theft, fraud, inventory loss, safety and operational risks.
• Investigate incidents using security systems, CCTV and alarm data.
• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of CCTV and alarm systems.
• Analyse loss data, detect trends and recommend preventive actions.
• Deliver training on Loss Prevention policies and support their implementation.
• Follow up on audit findings, prepare reports and develop targeted action plans.
• Collaborate with the central Loss Prevention team, other departments and external authorities when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Internal Audit or Risk Management, preferably in retail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability and a proactive team spirit.
• Availability for frequent business travel and a valid Category B driving licence.
• Fluent English (oral and written).

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with CCTV monitoring systems.
• Experience with alarm system operation.
