Key Account and Operations Manager

About the role

Omnitech S.A. seeks an experienced Key Account & Operations Manager to drive growth by managing strategic customer relationships and improving operational performance. You will act as the main liaison between major international partners and internal teams, ensuring service quality and SLA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts such as OEMs, telecom partners, service aggregators and business clients.
• Monitor, analyse and report on KPIs including SLA performance, repair cycle time, turnaround time, first‑time‑fix rate, parts usage and warranty claim ratios.
• Coordinate with technicians, warehouse, finance, IT and management to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management and clients, highlighting delays, recurring issues and process gaps.
• Support contract follow‑up, pricing discussions, change requests and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, operations, after‑sales service or related technical services.
• Strong ability to manage B2B clients, lead internal teams and work closely with technical staff.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and English language skills.
• Structured, disciplined and performance‑driven approach with a strong sense of ownership.
