Junior Sales Assistant – Athens

About the role

Novatron, a leading Greek provider of POS, Auto‑ID and card management solutions, is looking for a Junior Sales Assistant to join its Athens sales team. You will support the sales process by handling customer inquiries, processing orders and coordinating shipments, ensuring a smooth experience for our growing client base.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails, providing product information and support.
• Enter and manage orders in the company ERP system, including back‑orders and pre‑orders.
• Update customers on stock status and make necessary order adjustments.
• Assist in scheduling shipments and preparing related documentation.
• Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good critical thinking, prioritisation and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
