Junior International Account Manager

About the role

Westnet is seeking a motivated Junior International Account Manager to support the management and growth of its international client portfolio. You will work closely with senior account managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of international client portfolios and business partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce additional products or services.
• Conduct market and competitor research to spot new business opportunities and trends.
• Assist with participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs, client meetings and business events.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer activity and market developments.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer information in the CRM system.
• Assist senior account managers with strategic international accounts and projects.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers across different markets.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics and Finance to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Follow up on sales opportunities, leads and ongoing negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Economics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service or a related commercial role (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.

• Experience using CRM software to manage customer data.
