Junior Internal Auditor

About the role

Attica Group is seeking a motivated Junior Internal Auditor to join its internal audit team. This entry‑level position offers exposure to governance, risk, and compliance across a complex, multinational shipping and hospitality group.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits according to the approved annual audit plan.
• Verify implementation of Group policies and procedures.
• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and document findings.
• Prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in internal audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Maritime Studies or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to travel for business purposes when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• General proficiency with MS Office applications.
