Junior Import, Costing & Delivery Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Junior Import, Costing & Delivery Coordinator to join our international procurement team. You will act as the primary point of contact for overseas partners, managing end‑to‑end correspondence and order execution with manufacturers and trading houses abroad. The role bridges procurement, costing, and logistics to ensure a seamless supply‑chain flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily written and verbal communication with international (non‑EU) suppliers regarding orders, specifications, and availability.
• Process, track, and expedite purchase orders from placement to final confirmation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange shipments and ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Review, verify, and archive shipping and customs documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Assist in landing‑cost calculations, maintain records of import duties, freight charges, and verify supplier invoices against quotes.
• Monitor production schedules and transport transit times, flag delays, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in import, procurement, or international logistics.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Entersoft.
