IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our User Support Team. You will provide first‑ and second‑level technical assistance, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services for our employees.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory – create, modify, and manage users and groups.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end‑user hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and network connections.
• Deploy and manage antivirus and endpoint‑security solutions.
• Provide first‑ and second‑level support, logging and tracking incidents through the ticketing process.
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently while maintaining high user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and other departments to support overall IT service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Office 365, Windows 10‑11).
• Good understanding of LAN and WAN networking concepts.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑oriented skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and in rotating shifts (09:00–17:00 & 13:00–21:00).
