IT Recruitment Specialist – European Institutions

About the role

Quento Technologies S.A. is looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for IT talent supporting European Institution projects. You will work closely with hiring managers and external partners to attract, assess and onboard top technical professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: draft vacancy announcements, screen applications, conduct interviews and support onboarding.
• Source qualified IT candidates locally and internationally using direct outreach, agency partnerships, university collaborations, social media and professional networks.
• Maintain and enrich the candidate database in the ATS to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against role specifications and conduct suitability assessments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
• Represent Quento at career fairs, recruitment events and international employment exhibitions to strengthen employer branding.
• Contribute to HR initiatives such as employer branding, talent development and onboarding projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group Anti‑Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Science or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a technology‑driven environment.
• Experience recruiting IT professionals for Time‑and‑Material projects for European Institutions is a strong asset.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional European language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Understanding of generative AI applications in recruitment, sourcing and candidate engagement.
