IT Administrator – IT Infrastructure & Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to ensure the stable operation of our client’s IT infrastructure in Athens. The role covers hardware, network, server and software management, as well as end‑user support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT equipment inventory, coordinate hardware repairs and oversee network peripherals, including UniFi Wi‑Fi systems.
• Administer ESXi servers and virtual machines, support Windows Server 2019‑2022 environments and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Implement security protocols, perform system backups and handle telephony system management.
• Provide first‑line help‑desk support, manage user accounts and deliver training on the Galaxy ERP/CRM platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT systems, networks and virtualization.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Windows Server environments (2019‑2022).
• VMware ESXi virtualization.
• Microsoft SQL Server administration.
• Network infrastructure design, VLAN configuration and UniFi Wi‑Fi management.
• Microsoft 365 and ERP/CRM (Galaxy) usage.

What we offer

• Net monthly salary between €1,300 and €1,500.
