International Sales Area Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated International Sales Area Manager to expand our presence and drive sustainable growth in the pharmaceutical B2B sector. Based in Athens, you will shape our international expansion strategy while managing key partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and commercial representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets and deliver on the regional business plan.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with local commercial representatives and pharmaceutical partners, conducting structured business reviews.
• Negotiate and close contracts to secure sustainable growth.
• Monitor market dynamics, demand trends, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
• Track distributor KPIs monthly, ensuring contractual performance benchmarks are met.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop financial plans for market entry.
• Prepare and own quarterly and annual sales forecasts, grounded in sell‑out data and market seasonality.
• Represent the company at international medical congresses, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Finance and Regulatory Affairs to align payment terms and support product registrations.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international pharmaceutical sales, B2B distribution or business development.

• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management and variance analysis across multi‑product, multi‑country portfolios.
