About the role
Join Intrum’s Front Office team in Athens as an International Call Center Agent, providing high‑end customer service through phone, chat and email in a highly international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers via telephone, chat and email, delivering professional support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential system notes for every interaction.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all obtained information.
- Develop and update standard operating policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy.
- Service‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Native oral and written proficiency in one or more of the following languages: German, French, Italian, English, Flemish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish.
