Insurance Business Consulting Associate – Athens

About the role

PwC Greece is looking for motivated Insurance Business Consulting Associates to join its Insurance Operations team in Athens. You will work on a variety of management‑consulting projects, including M&A and strategic engagements, helping leading insurers transform their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and translate findings into actionable client insights.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports and analytical deliverables.
• Support strategic project‑management activities: planning, monitoring, risk management and stakeholder alignment.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams on transformation and PMO initiatives for insurance clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Humanities or related fields.
• 1‑3 years of experience in PMO, transformation or consulting roles within financial services, preferably insurance.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics and Power BI (considered an asset).
• Project‑management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (preferred but not mandatory).
