Inside Sales Representative – Portuguese Speaking

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to hire a Portuguese‑speaking Inside Sales Representative for its Athens office. The role is hybrid, combining office‑based work with remote activities, and focuses on driving revenue through renewals, upsells and new product sales.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products and services while identifying upsell opportunities.
• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop strong product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Promote products and services proactively to drive customer retention and expansion.
• Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long‑term product adoption.
• Use data insights to identify at‑risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Address customer concerns and remove obstacles impacting satisfaction and usage.
• Handle objections effectively to retain customers and secure new business.
• Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Native‑level Portuguese with fluency in English (minimum B2).
• Proven experience achieving individual or team sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology and data.
• Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.
