Inside Sales Representative – B2B

About the role

Intelligent Entertainment is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its commercial team in Diavata, Thessaloniki. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on B2B sales, identifying new prospects, presenting entertainment solutions and converting opportunities into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Follow up on inbound enquiries and generate outbound sales opportunities.
• Research prospective companies, venues and decision‑makers before contact.
• Qualify prospects by understanding requirements, space, budget and timeline.
• Present attractions, recommend tailored solutions and prepare commercial proposals.
• Maintain regular follow‑up, handle negotiations and support closing.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and identify upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with management, marketing, design and technical teams for proposal information.
• Record leads, communications and opportunities in the company’s CRM.
• Monitor market activity, customer needs and buying trends, reporting to management.
• Represent the company at international trade shows in Europe, the USA, the Middle East and Asia.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial mindset, persistence and ability to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a plus.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple prospects and proposals simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel internationally and attend trade shows.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
