Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR structure, compliance and core processes for EFA GROUP, a multinational aerospace and defense organization. The role will act as a strategic partner to management, ensuring HR practices align with business needs in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the HR compliance framework, manage licenses, certifications and medical requirements, and ensure audit readiness.
• Support management on organizational decisions, workforce planning, role definition and staffing needs.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, handling employee relations and performance matters.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, maintain HR data integrity and guide HR Administrator activities.
• Lead recruitment strategy across functions, align with management priorities and monitor key role pipelines.
• Track training completion and compliance status in line with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience covering the complete employee lifecycle.
• Background in aerospace, aviation or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and employment law.
• Proven ability to advise senior management on people‑related decisions.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
