HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process and shape the employee experience at Up Hellas. You will help us attract great talent, redesign onboarding and promote our employer brand across universities and events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle with hiring managers, from sourcing to offers, targeting around 15 hires per year.
• Redesign and deliver a digital, engaging onboarding programme.
• Develop and share authentic employer‑brand stories, build relationships with Greek universities and represent Up Hellas at career fairs.
• Prepare and support employees to speak at student events and conferences.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team on policies, engagement initiatives and day‑to‑day employee happiness.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in talent acquisition, either in‑house or agency.
• Hands‑on experience with an ATS such as Workable.
• Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication.
• Discreet, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Workable (or similar applicant tracking system).
