HR Generalist

About the role

Re18 is a longevity‑tech platform that builds personalized health journeys and manages them end‑to‑end. As an HR Generalist you will own the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing and hiring to onboarding and ongoing HR operations, helping the company scale its mission.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding: post openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews and run new‑hire orientation.
• Serve as primary HR contact for team members and executives, handling inquiries and supporting employee relations.
• Coordinate benefits administration during onboarding, including medical insurance, laptops and SIM cards.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data‑protection regulations.
• Assist in talent‑management processes and help develop HR policies that promote an inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects that improve employee experience and drive organisational success.
• Participate in employer‑branding activities and internal event planning.
• Monitor and improve team morale and company culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an HR Generalist or in a comparable HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact professionally at all levels.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• High attention to detail, especially when handling confidential information.
• Proven planning, time‑management and punctuality; ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
