Housekeeping Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team at Amanzoe, a luxury resort on the east coast of the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization and guest satisfaction across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of housekeepers, room attendants and support staff to meet Aman standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas, ensuring quality control.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Manage inventory of linen, amenities and cleaning supplies.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling, administrative tasks and departmental planning.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Support budgeting, cost control and compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or Fidelio (preferred).
