Housekeeping Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at a prestigious luxury resort in Attica. The successful candidate will ensure impeccable guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and service across all guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Direct housekeeping and laundry operations, applying luxury‑level procedures to rooms, public spaces, and resort facilities.
• Train, mentor and motivate a high‑performing housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop and optimise work schedules aligned with occupancy to guarantee appropriate staffing levels.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering and Management to ensure seamless inter‑departmental communication.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities and linens, ensuring continuous availability.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain equipment, machinery and room appliances in flawless condition.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of housekeeping management experience in a 5‑star hotel or resort.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and develop teams under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality‑first mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with guests and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using property management software (PMS).
