Hotel Manager – Luxury 5‑Star Resort

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead one of our award‑winning 5‑star luxury properties within the Mar‑Bella Collection. The role combines operational leadership, financial responsibility, people development and guest‑experience management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Engineering, etc.) ensuring consistency, efficiency and service excellence.
• Monitor performance against operational and financial targets, taking corrective action when needed.
• Maintain and enforce company standards, procedures and quality requirements throughout the property.
• Coach, develop and inspire department heads and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure guest satisfaction remains central to decision‑making and that feedback is acted upon promptly.
• Safeguard assets, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with health, safety and legal regulations.
• Contribute to commercial, marketing and operational planning in collaboration with Collection teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Hotel Manager or senior leadership role in a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage budgets, operational performance and cost control.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using hotel management systems.
