Guest Relations Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent at Domes Resorts creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. Acting as a liaison between guests and hotel teams, the role involves addressing inquiries, promoting services, and delivering personalized assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Actively promote hotel amenities, services, and packages to enhance guest experience.
• Organize and facilitate guest engagement activities and events.
• Upsell room upgrades and additional services to maximize revenue.
• Address guest complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain effective communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments.
• Update guests on hotel services, special offers, and events.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and prepare reports on satisfaction trends.
• Provide concierge assistance, including reservations, local attractions, dining, and transportation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality preferred.
• Previous experience in front office or guest services within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management systems.
