Group Warehouse Specialist

About the role

The Group Warehouse Specialist will ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations across all Sani/Ikos properties. You will act as the central point for SOP development, system configuration, inventory accuracy, and performance monitoring, supporting both operational teams and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain Group Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes.
• Coach hotel warehouse teams on receiving, storage, picking, replenishment, returns, waste management and back‑of‑house logistics.
• Support WMS and ERP configuration, testing, implementation and continuous improvement, liaising with IT and Master Data.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, discrepancy investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop, monitor and analyse warehouse KPIs, prepare management reports and recommend improvements.
• Assist with audits, compliance, food safety, health and safety initiatives and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Operations and IT.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or supply chain, preferably in hospitality, FMCG or retail.
• Experience with multi‑site warehouse operations and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles such as FIFO, FEFO and cycle counting.
• Proven ability to develop SOPs and process documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
