Group Broker Network Supervisor

About the role

RCG Group seeks a Group Broker Network Supervisor to lead the creation and management of a nationwide broker network that will commercialise its REO portfolio. You will ensure assets are marketed effectively, monitor broker performance against KPIs, and execute the Group’s commercial strategy across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a country‑wide network of brokers for assigning and monitoring REO assets under management.
• Perform real‑estate asset analysis and portfolio segmentation for commercialisation purposes.
• Visit brokers to monitor portfolio performance, align strategy, and provide guidance on the commercialisation process.
• Track broker network performance against defined KPIs.
• Coordinate with asset‑management teams to deliver client service, including offer provision and marketability feedback.
• Implement the commercialisation strategy in new geographical regions.
• Prepare internal and external reports on commercialisation activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or a related field (post‑graduate degree a plus).
• Proven experience in real‑estate, asset management or broker‑network management.
• Strong analytical and portfolio‑segmentation abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Results‑oriented with the ability to monitor and act on performance KPIs.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and a valid driving licence.
