Group Broker Network Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Group Broker Network Officer to support the day‑to‑day operation of our local broker network in Athens. The role involves coordinating asset assignments, organising viewings, and ensuring that REO assets are marketed efficiently in line with the Group’s commercialization process.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the assignment of assets to local brokers, including coordinating keys, visits and facility‑management tasks.
• Visit assets, organise open‑house slots and provide insights and feedback to the asset management teams.
• Support the Group Broker Network Supervisor with assigned tasks and activities.
• Prepare and deliver reports on asset visits and broker activities.
• Review offers submitted by the broker network and guide the commercialization process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate or a related field.
• Well‑organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a hands‑on, field‑based approach.
• Ability to prepare clear, structured visit and offer reports.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
